What this collection covers

Allegro knee protection and ergonomic support.

  • Knee pads – gel, foam and layered, in slip-on, strap, buckle and hook-and-loop styles, with non-marking versions for finished floors.
  • Back support – support belts and braces, standard and high visibility.
  • Wrist and elbow support – wraps, braces and elbow pads for repetitive work.
Which knee pad style should I buy?

By the surface and by how long the kneeling lasts.

Gel spreads load best and suits long periods on hard, flat surfaces. Foam is lighter and cheaper and suits intermittent kneeling. Layered and contour pads handle uneven ground and debris, where a flat pad rocks.

Non-marking is the one to specify on finished floors – a standard rubber cap will leave black scuffs on tile, vinyl and sealed concrete.

On fastening: slip-on is quickest on and off, strap and buckle stay put through a shift, and hook-and-loop sits between the two.

Do back support belts actually help?

They help with posture awareness and with the confidence to lift properly. They are not a substitute for lifting technique, job rotation or mechanical handling, and they should not be sold as one.

Where they earn their place is on jobs with repeated lifting where the equipment cannot be changed. Specify them alongside training rather than instead of it.

How do I size these?

Back supports size on waist measurement and the ranges overlap; if someone is between sizes, the smaller one usually holds better.

Knee pads are mostly one size with adjustable straps, but the deluxe and ultra models run larger. Tell us roughly who is wearing them and over what – bunker gear and coveralls change the answer.

Why buy Allegro from HTS Supply

Allegro Industries has built air-supply, ventilation and worker-protection equipment in the United States since 1990, and HTS Supply carries the line whole rather than the fast-moving fraction of it.

  • The full catalogue – systems, components and the replacement parts that keep them running, not just the headline items.
  • Specified, not just shipped – tell us the task and we will work back to the right configuration.
  • One purchase order – Allegro alongside the rest of the equipment lines we carry.
What do you need from me to quote?

The Allegro part number if you have it – it is on the product label and in the manual, and it returns the fastest answer.

If you do not have it, send:

  • What the task is, and whether it is indoor, outdoor or confined space
  • How many workers it has to cover
  • What you already own that it has to work with
  • Quantity, ship-to ZIP code and the date you need it

Shipping, freight and lead times

Most of this line ships parcel. Blowers, tents, shelters, reels and cased systems move by freight, which needs a ship-to ZIP and a note on whether the site has a dock or needs a liftgate.

Stocked items ship quickest; anything ordered in from Allegro carries their lead time, which we confirm on the quote rather than estimate here. If the job is already scheduled, say so on the request – it changes how we source it.
