What does a three-in-one unit replace?
One engine drives a two stage air compressor, a generator head and a welder. On a service truck that replaces three separate machines, three fuel tanks and three service schedules, and frees up a large amount of deck space and payload.
What welding output do these deliver?
Output varies by model. Tell us the process you run, the electrode or wire size and the material thickness, and we will confirm which AGW model covers it.
Tank mount or base mount?
Tank-mounted units (20 or 30 gallon) are ready to run as delivered. Base mount ships without a tank so it can be built into a truck body or trailer that already has an air receiver, which saves weight and space.
What information do you need to quote one?
- Welding process and typical material thickness
- Air tools you will run and their CFM
- Electrical loads and their starting requirements
- Tank mount or base mount, and available deck space
What do you need from me to quote a machine?
Send the model number if you have one. If you do not, tell us the application, the surface or material, whether you need hot or cold water, the power source available (gas, diesel, single-phase, three-phase), and the delivery destination.
