MI-T-M Floor Care
Built for Crews That Clean for a Living
Carpet and spot extractors, heated models, wet/dry vacuums and air movers for cleaning and restoration work.
Spot extractor or carpet extractor?
Spot extractors are small, portable and made for targeted cleanup - vehicle interiors, stairs, upholstery and isolated stains. Full carpet extractors carry more solution and recovery capacity for cleaning whole rooms and floors.
Is a heated extractor worth it?
Heat helps break down oils and greasy soils, so a heated machine generally lifts more on the same pass and shortens the job. On light maintenance cleaning the difference is smaller.
What size wet/dry vacuum should I get?
Match the tank to how far you are from a place to dump it. A 9-gallon is easy to carry and empty; 13 and 18-gallon units mean fewer trips on larger jobs but are heavier to move when full.
Do you carry air movers?
Yes. The Work Pro Series 3-speed air mover is in this collection - it is used to dry carpet and floors after extraction and to speed up drying on water damage work.
What do you need from me to quote a machine?
Send the model number if you have one. If you do not, tell us the application, the surface or material, whether you need hot or cold water, the power source available (gas, diesel, single-phase, three-phase), and the delivery destination.
