How do I find my part number?
Start with the data plate on the heater: it carries the model and serial number. The parts list in the heater's manual names each part and its number - Heat Wagon publishes them on its current manuals page.
Search the part number in the box above, with or without its prefix (HWP, SFP, BIE).
Which category is my part in?
Every part sits in one category, named in the list above. Electrical parts that control the heater are under Thermostats & Controls; anything that lights or proves the flame is under Ignition & Flame Safety; sheet metal, wheels and handles are under Housing & Frame.
If you are not sure, search by name - flame rod, fan motor, gas valve - or by part number.
Parts for discontinued models
Many older Heat Wagon and Sure Flame heaters are still supported. If your model is no longer sold, send the model and serial number and we will confirm which parts are still available and what supersedes the rest.
Can't find the part you need?
Not every Heat Wagon part is listed online. Call or email with the model, serial number and a description or photo of the part, and we will source it.
Ordering the right part the first time
Send the heater's model and serial number with the part number. Several parts changed partway through a production run, and the serial number tells us which version your heater takes.
What do you need from me to quote?
The part number and quantity, or the heater model and serial number with a description of the part. Add the delivery address for a shipping quote.
Manuals, parts lists and support
Parts lists and operator's manuals are on Heat Wagon's product support pages, and each heater in our Heat Wagon equipment collection carries its spec sheet and manual.
