The Therm-O-Flow Bulk Warm Melt Supply Pumps feature an increased number of heat zones, providing enhanced temperature control and application versatility.
This bulk unloader is designed for warm applied materials and temperature conditioning applications.
- Engineered for sealants or adhesives that require warm application materials for process controls up to 158°F (70°C).
- Features a heated pump and platen, capable of heating up to 3 heated hoses and 3 end-of-hose devices.
- Serves as a secondary unit in a tandem system with a primary unit, ensuring continuous production during container changes.
- A single zone expansion kit can add 4 heated hoses and 4 end-of-hose devices, or 8 heated accessories per TOFw pump.
- A second heat zone expansion kit enables up to 14 heated hoses and 14 heated end-of-hose devices on a tandem system, totaling 32 heated zones.
- Offers comprehensive integration options via Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, PROFIBUS, and DeviceNet, or straightforward integration through discrete I/O.
