They can transfer products with viscosities up to 2,000,000 cps using sanitary high-pressure piston pumps. The ram systems enhance food safety by creating a sealed connection with the container and improve worker ergonomics by preventing injuries from manual scooping and dumping. The inflatable seal system adapts to various drum shapes and sizes. With customizable pump, control, plate, and frame options, these systems can be configured for most user applications.
High-pressure sanitary/hygienic container unloading is provided for ingredients or products up to 2,000,000 cps.
