SaniForce Pail Unloader systems are designed for transferring viscous food, personal care, and pharmaceutical ingredients. These systems achieve up to 99% evacuation rates, minimizing product waste. They can transfer products up to 1,000,000 cps using sanitary high-pressure piston pumps. Ram systems enhance food safety by creating a sealed connection with the container and improve worker ergonomics by preventing injuries from manual scooping and dumping. The system accommodates 5 and 7 gallon (19 and 26 litre) pail sizes.
This system provides high-pressure sanitary unloading for ingredients or products with viscosities up to 1,000,000 cps.
