Diamond Products Sawing
Diamond Products Sawing Equipment
Core Cut walk-behind, wall, wire, hand, chain, ring and masonry saws, plus custom cutting trucks - gas, diesel, electric and hydraulic.
What this collection covers
Complete Diamond Products cutting equipment, grouped by how the saw is used on site.
- Walk-behind saws – flat slab and roadway cutting, from small utility units to rider saws.
- Wall and wire saws – track-mounted and diamond wire cutting for openings, demolition and deep sections.
- Hand, chain and ring saws – hydraulic and high cycle saws for cut-outs and deep plunge cuts.
- Masonry and tile saws – table saws for block, brick and tile.
- Custom trucks – purpose-built cutting trucks and the tanks, reels and accessories that outfit them.
How do I size a walk-behind saw?
Depth of cut drives the choice. A saw is rated by the largest blade it accepts, and a blade cuts roughly a third of its diameter.
- Up to 6 in. deep – smaller gas or electric units.
- 6 to 10 in. deep – mid-size self-propelled saws.
- 10 in. and deeper – large flat saws and rider saws.
Tell us the depth, the slab material and whether the work is indoors.
Gas, diesel, electric or hydraulic?
Gas is the default for open-air roadway and slab work.
Diesel suits large flat saws running long shifts.
Electric is what you use indoors, in tunnels, in parking structures and anywhere exhaust is a problem. Confirm voltage and phase.
Hydraulic powers wall, wire and hand saws from a separate power pack, and is the usual answer for confined or submerged work.
Wall saw or wire saw?
A wall saw runs a blade on a track and is the faster, cleaner choice for door and window openings and straight wall cuts, limited by blade diameter.
A wire saw has no depth limit. It is what you use on mass concrete, bridge sections, foundations and anything a blade cannot reach through.
Does the saw come with a blade?
Not normally. Saws and blades are specified separately, because the blade is matched to the material rather than to the machine.
Tell us the material and the cut depth with the saw and we will quote the blade alongside it.
Can HTS Supply quote a custom cutting truck?
Yes. Diamond Products builds cutting trucks to order. Send the chassis, the saws and power packs the truck has to carry, the water capacity you need, and any hose reel, storage or generator requirements.
What about dust control on dry cutting?
Dry cutting indoors is a silica exposure question before it is a cleanup one. Core Vac vacuums, dust shrouds and blade guards are built to capture at the cut.
See Core Vac dust control, or tell us the saw and we will match the shroud and vacuum.
What do you need from me to quote?
The part number or catalog number if you have it. If you do not, tell us the material being cut or ground, the machine it runs on, the size and arbor or thread, the quantity, and where it ships.
On equipment, add the power available - gas, hydraulic, 115V, 230V or three-phase - because most models are built in more than one configuration.
