Graco's SaniForce 2150 is a 2-inch air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump designed for hygienic fluid transfer. It delivers flow rates up to 180 gpm and features a quick knock-down design for simplified cleaning and a low cost of ownership.
This pump is suitable for the food processing and personal care industries. Common uses include efficiently emptying liquid concentrates from storage tanks and repackaging fluids from original containers into smaller ones. It can handle products such as flavorings, purees, sauces, and other materials with low to medium viscosity.
- A 2-inch sanitary pump capable of flow rates up to 180 gpm (681 lpm) and pressures up to 120 psi (8 bar).
- The seal-less diaphragm pump design prevents leaks and failures caused by running the pump dry.
- Graco double diaphragm pumps stall when pressure is applied, avoiding failures due to blocked lines or closed valves.
- Externally serviceable air valves ensure high efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Features inlet and outlet tri-clamp connections for a quick knockdown design, facilitating easy cleaning and rapid maintenance.
- The PTFE/EPDM overmolded diaphragm design minimizes areas where bacteria can accumulate, while enhancing wear resistance and diaphragm lifespan. The fluid side has no exposed diaphragm plate.
- Optional leak sensors are available to alert users of potential process compromises.
- Constructed with a 316L stainless steel wetted section.
- All fluid contact materials comply with FDA regulations and the United States Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 21.
