Graco's SaniForce 1040 is a 1-inch air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump designed for hygienic fluid transfer. It delivers flow rates up to 41 gpm and features a quick knock-down design for simplified cleaning and a low cost of ownership.
This pump is suitable for food processing and personal care industries. Common applications include high-volume evacuation of liquid concentrates from holding tanks and repackaging fluids from original containers to smaller ones. It can handle products such as flavorings, purees, sauces, and other low to medium viscosity materials.
