The Graco SaniForce 515 is a 1/2-inch air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump designed for hygienic applications requiring lower flow rates, up to 16 gpm. It features a quick knock-down design for simplified cleaning and offers a low cost of ownership.
This pump is suitable for the food processing and personal care industries. Common uses include efficiently evacuating liquid concentrates from holding tanks or transferring fluids from original containers to smaller ones. It can handle products such as flavorings, purees, sauces, and other materials with low to medium viscosity up to 5,000 cps.
- 1/2 inch sanitary pump with flow rates up to 16 gpm (61 lpm) and pressures up to 100 psi (6.9 bar).
- The seal-less diaphragm pump design prevents leaks and failures caused by running the pump dry.
- Graco double diaphragm pumps stall under pressure, preventing failures due to clogged lines or closed valves.
- Externally serviceable air valves provide high efficiency and minimize downtime.
- The drum-mount suction kit (Graco part number #262828) allows for rapid drum unloading.
- Features DIN inlet and outlet connections.
- The PTFE/EPDM overmolded diaphragm design minimizes areas where bacteria can accumulate, enhances wear resistance and diaphragm lifespan, and eliminates exposed diaphragm plates on the fluid side.
- Capable of passing solids up to 0.093 in. (2.4 mm).
