Graco's SaniForce 515 is a 1/2-inch air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump designed for hygienic applications requiring lower flow rates, up to 16 gpm. Its quick knock-down design facilitates easy cleaning, and it offers a low cost of ownership.
This pump is ideal for the food processing and personal care industries. Common uses include evacuating large volumes of liquid concentrates from holding vessels or repackaging fluids from original containers into smaller ones. It is suitable for pumping materials such as flavorings, purees, sauces, and other low to medium viscosity products up to 5,000 cps.
- 1/2 inch sanitary pump with flow rates up to 16 gpm (61 lpm) and pressures up to 100 psi (6.9 bar).
- Seal-less diaphragm pump design prevents leaks and failures caused by running dry.
- Graco double diaphragm pumps stall under pressure, preventing failures from clogged lines or closed valves.
- Externally serviceable air valves provide leading efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Quickly unload drums with the drum-mount suction kit (Graco part number #262828).
- Features inlet and outlet tri-clamp connections for a quick knock-down design, enabling easy cleaning and swift maintenance.
- PTFE/EPDM overmolded diaphragm design minimizes areas that can harbor bacteria, enhances wear resistance and diaphragm life, and has no exposed diaphragm plate on the fluid side.
- Can pass solids up to 0.093 inches (2.4 mm).
