The Graco SaniForce 1040 is a 1-inch air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump designed for hygienic fluid transfer. It delivers flow rates up to 41 gpm and features a quick knock-down design for simplified cleaning and a low cost of ownership.
This pump is suitable for food processing and personal care applications. Common uses include high-volume transfer of liquid concentrates from storage containers and repackaging fluids into smaller containers. It can effectively pump materials such as flavorings, purees, sauces, and other low to medium viscosity products.
- 1-inch sanitary pump with flow rates up to 41 gpm (155 lpm) and pressures up to 120 psi (8 bar).
- Seal-less diaphragm design prevents leaks and failures caused by running the pump dry.
- Graco double diaphragm pumps automatically stop under pressure, preventing failures from blocked lines or closed valves.
- Externally serviceable air valves provide high efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Features inlet and outlet tri-clamp connections for quick disassembly, easy cleaning, and fast maintenance.
- PTFE/EPDM overmolded diaphragm design minimizes areas where bacteria can accumulate, enhancing wear resistance and diaphragm lifespan. The fluid side has no exposed diaphragm plate.
- Constructed with a 316 stainless steel wetted section.
- All fluid contact materials comply with FDA regulations and United States Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 21.
- Capable of pumping solids up to 0.125 inches (3.2 mm).
