The Graco SaniForce 2150 is a 2-inch air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump designed for hygienic fluid transfer. It supports flow rates up to 160 gpm and features a quick knock-down design for simplified cleaning and a low cost of ownership.
This pump is suitable for the food processing and personal care industries. Common uses include high-volume transfer of liquid concentrates from storage tanks and repackaging fluids into smaller containers. It can handle products such as flavorings, purees, sauces, and other low to medium viscosity materials.
- 2-inch sanitary pump with flow rates up to 160 gpm (568 lpm) and pressures up to 120 psi (8 bar).
- The seal-less diaphragm design prevents leaks and failures caused by running the pump dry.
- Graco double diaphragm pumps stall under pressure, preventing failures from clogged lines or closed valves.
- Externally serviceable air valves provide high efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Features inlet and outlet tri-clamp connections for a quick knockdown design, facilitating easy cleaning and rapid maintenance.
- The PTFE/EPDM overmolded diaphragm design reduces areas where bacteria can accumulate, enhances wear resistance, and extends diaphragm life. There is no exposed diaphragm plate on the fluid side.
- Constructed with a 316 stainless steel wetted section.
- All fluid contact materials comply with FDA regulations and the United States Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 21.
- Capable of passing solids up to 0.25 inches (6.3 mm).
