- Efficiently evacuates liquid concentrates from holding vessels or repackages fluids from original containers to smaller receptacles, handling viscosities up to 10,000 cps.
- Suitable for pumping products including concentrated fruit juices, sauces, pastes, starches, wine, food-grade oils, jams, and jellies.
- Patented, lube-free air valve:
- Includes a three-way pilot valve for consistent operation.
- Enhances durability and reduces repair time due to fewer moving parts.
- The air valve is 100% externally serviceable.
- PTFE/EPDM Over-molded Diaphragms:
- Features an over-molded diaphragm plate with PTFE on the fluid side and EPDM on the air side, preventing bacteria harbor points.
- Improves wear resistance and diaphragm lifespan by eliminating exposed diaphragm plates on the fluid side.
- Offers extended diaphragm life in abrasive applications that still require PTFE.
