Trabon Performance Indicators are pressure-sensitive devices designed to identify excessive pressure within Trabon series progressive lubricating systems. These indicators are installed in alternate outlet ports of divider valves. They signal a fault by either extending an indicator pin or releasing lubricant to the atmosphere. All Performance Indicators react rapidly to safeguard the lubrication system and identify blockages in the lube lines.

These indicators are used on MH divider valve applications when lubrication system pressures surpass 2,500 psi (172 bar).

• Excessive pressure caused by a blockage results in disc rupture.
• Lubricant pressure causes an indicator pin to protrude, signaling a blockage.
• High pressure backs up through the system and activates a switch, shutting down the system.
• Following fault correction, the disc requires replacement and the pin must be reset.
• Divider Valve Rupture Indicators with Memory are rated for 4,600 psi.
