Trabon Performance Indicators are pressure-sensitive devices designed to identify excessive pressure within Trabon series progressive lubricating systems. These indicators are fitted into the alternate outlet ports of divider valves. They signal a fault by either extending an indicator pin or venting lubricant to the atmosphere. All Performance Indicators react rapidly to safeguard the lubrication system and pinpoint blockages in the lube lines.
Rupture-to-Atmosphere Indicators are suitable for use with MX Divider Valves. An optional spud assembly can be used to return vented lubricant to the reservoir via a tube.
- When used with a system pressure switch, these indicators can alert to a fault while permitting the lube system to continue supplying lubricant to essential bearings.
- Restarting the lube system necessitates replacing the rupture disc.
- Provides straightforward information regarding blocked lines, high system pressure, or obstructed bearings.
