Transfer Pumps are necessary for moving A and B materials to the Reactor Spray Systems. The T4 Transfer Pump integrates Graco’s established Merkur air-motor with a carbon steel lower. This 3:1 ratio pump features ProConnect technology, enabling rapid connection and disconnection of the air motor from the pump lower.
- Quick Drum Transfer: Facilitates swift material transfer between drums, preventing chemical drips by utilizing multiple pump lowers.
- Enhanced Maneuverability: Simplifies pump relocation between drums. The air motor can be quickly detached from the lower, reducing the pump's weight and the required rig ceiling height.
- Reduced Downtime: Minimizes operational interruptions. A spare pump lower can be easily installed for quick setup when maintenance is needed.
