Repaired product lead times are normally 4 weeks. If your product cannot be repaired, you will receive an email.

Repaired Products Pricing:

Customers are charged the full price when a product is repaired

Non-Repairable Products Pricing:

The customer agrees by placing the initial order that any products sent for repair and deemed non-repairable by our repair service will not be returned to the customer. The orders will be cancelled, and customer will not be charged for the original purchase price.

Note: Orders will automatically be cancelled if product is not received for repair service within 30 days of order date.
