"Customers are required to send parts in for repair, see below for details, terms, and conditions. STEP 1: Place Order on Parts.Genielift.com or SmartEq STEP 2: Customers are responsible to ship parts to the following address: Genie Parts Repair Customer Order # XXXXXXXXX 2401 E. Sunshine St. Springfield, MO 65804 STEP 3: Repaired product lead times are normally 4 weeks. Unfortunately, our customer service team will not be able to provide any updates before then. If your product cannot be repaired, you will receive an email. STEP 4: Receive repaired product or notification your product cannot be repaired by email Repaired Products Pricing: Customers are charged the full price which includes both the inspection fee (NET price) and the repair fee (core charge). Non-Repairable Products Pricing: The customer agrees by placing the initial order that any products sent for repair and deemed non-repairable by our repair service will not be returned to the customer and must be charged the inspection fee (NET price). For non-repairable products only, the repair fee will be credited back (core charge). Note: Orders will automatically be cancelled if product is not received for repair service within 30 days of order date. "
