The Graco SaniForce 4150 is a 4-inch air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump designed for hygienic fluid transfer. It delivers flow rates up to 90 gpm and features a quick knock-down design for simplified cleaning and a low cost of ownership.
This pump is suitable for the food processing and personal care industries. Typical uses include high-volume transfer of liquid concentrates from storage tanks and repackaging fluids into smaller containers. It can handle products such as flavorings, purees, sauces, and other low to medium viscosity materials.

- Seal-less diaphragm design prevents leaks and failures caused by dry running.

- Externally serviceable air valves provide high efficiency and minimize downtime.
- EPDM overmolded diaphragm design reduces areas where bacteria can accumulate, enhancing wear resistance and diaphragm lifespan. The fluid side has no exposed diaphragm plate.
- Constructed with 316L stainless steel wetted parts.
- All fluid contact materials comply with FDA regulations and United States Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 21.
- Flapper check valve allows passage of solids up to 3.8 inches (96.5 mm).
