Graco's SaniForce 1590 is a 1.5-inch air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump designed for hygienic fluid transfer. It delivers flow rates up to 80 gpm and features a quick knock-down design for simplified cleaning and a low cost of ownership.
This pump is suitable for the food processing and personal care industries. Common applications include high-volume evacuation of liquid concentrates from storage vessels and repackaging fluids from original containers into smaller ones. It can effectively pump materials such as flavorings, purees, sauces, and other low to medium viscosity liquids.
- 1.5-inch sanitary pump with a maximum flow rate of 80 gpm (302.8 lpm) and a maximum pressure of 120 psi (8 bar).
- Seal-less diaphragm design prevents leaks and failures caused by running the pump dry.
- Graco double diaphragm pumps automatically stall under pressure, preventing failures from blocked lines or closed valves.

- Constructed with a 316L stainless steel wetted section.

- Flapper check valve allows passage of solids up to 1.2 inches (30.5 mm).
