The Graco SaniForce 1040 is a 1-inch air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump designed for hygienic fluid transfer. It delivers flow rates up to 41 gpm and features a quick knock-down design for simplified cleaning and a low cost of ownership.
This pump is suitable for food processing and personal care applications. Common uses include high-volume evacuation of liquid concentrates from storage containers and repackaging fluids from original containers to smaller ones. It can effectively pump materials such as flavorings, purees, sauces, and other low to medium viscosity liquids.
- 1-inch sanitary pump with a maximum flow rate of 41 gpm (155 lpm) and a maximum pressure of 120 psi (8 bar).
- Seal-less diaphragm design prevents leaks and failures caused by running the pump dry.
- Graco double diaphragm pumps are designed to stall under pressure, preventing failures from clogged lines or closed valves.
- Externally serviceable air valves provide high efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Equipped with DIN inlet and outlet connections.
- Features a PTFE/EPDM overmolded diaphragm design that reduces areas where bacteria can accumulate, enhances wear resistance, and extends diaphragm life by eliminating exposed diaphragm plates on the fluid side.
