Graco's SaniForce 515 is a 1/2-inch air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump designed for hygienic applications requiring lower flow rates, up to 16 gpm. It features a quick knock-down design for simplified cleaning and a low cost of ownership.
This pump is suitable for the food processing and personal care industries. Common uses include efficiently evacuating liquid concentrates from holding vessels or repackaging fluids from original containers into smaller ones. It can handle products such as flavorings, purees, sauces, and other materials with low to medium viscosity up to 5,000 cps.
- 1/2 inch sanitary pump with flow rates up to 16 gpm (61 lpm) and pressures up to 100 psi (6.9 bar).
- The seal-less diaphragm pump design prevents leaks and failures caused by running the pump dry.
- Graco double diaphragm pumps stall under pressure, preventing failures from clogged lines or closed valves.
