Graco's SaniForce 1040 is a 1-inch air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump designed for hygienic fluid transfer. It delivers flow rates up to 41 gpm and features a quick knock-down design for simplified cleaning, contributing to a low cost of ownership.
This pump is suitable for the food processing and personal care industries. It is commonly used for high-volume evacuation of liquid concentrates from storage containers and for repackaging fluids from original containers into smaller ones. It can handle products such as flavorings, purees, sauces, and other low to medium viscosity materials.
