The SaniForce 3150 Bin Evacuation System (BES) is designed to empty viscous products from 300 gallon (1135 liter) containers without requiring dilution. It features a standard inflatable ram plate seal for rapid container replacement. Pneumatic and electronic versions are available for applications that do not require metering or batch control, or for those that do, respectively.
- Features two pumps with flow rates up to 300 gpm (1,135 lpm).
- Achieves a maximum fluid pressure of 120 psi (8.4 bar, 0.84 MPa).
- Eliminates the need for separate booster pumps.
- Provides evacuation times of 5 minutes or less for most materials.
- Available with pneumatic or electronic control options.
- Evacuates viscous products, up to 100,000 cps, from 300 gallon (1,135 l) “bag-in-bin” containers without dilution.
- Suitable for pumping products including tomato paste, light peanut butter, icing, frosting, jams, jellies, toothpaste, and heavier ointments.
- An inflatable wiper creates a tight seal, preventing contaminants from entering the container.
- Increases efficiency and speeds up bin change-outs with the inflatable wiper seal.
- A unique floating ram plate removes the need for precise bin positioning under the ram plate.
