The SaniForce 3150 Bin Evacuation System (BES) is designed to remove viscous products from 300-gallon (1135-liter) containers without the need for dilution. It features an inflatable ram plate seal for rapid container replacement. Pneumatic and electronic versions are available for applications requiring or not requiring metering and batch control, respectively.
- Features two pumps with flow rates up to 300 gpm (1,135 lpm).
- Achieves a maximum fluid pressure of 120 psi (8.4 bar, 0.84 MPa).
- Eliminates the requirement for booster pumps.
- Evacuates most materials in 5 minutes or less.
- Available with pneumatic or electronic control options.
- Evacuates viscous products, up to 100,000 cps, from 300-gallon (1,135 l) "bag-in-bin" containers without dilution.
- Suitable for pumping products including tomato paste, light peanut butter, icing, frosting, jams, jellies, toothpaste, and heavier ointments.
- Increases efficiency and speeds up bin change-outs with an inflatable wiper seal.
- The inflatable wiper creates a secure seal, preventing contaminants from entering the container.
- A unique floating ram plate removes the need for precise bin positioning under the ram plate.
