The Therm-O-Flow Bulk Warm Melt Supply Pumps feature an increased number of heat zones, providing enhanced temperature control and application versatility.
This bulk unloader is designed for warm applied materials and temperature conditioning processes.
- Engineered for sealants or adhesives applications that utilize warm applied materials, supporting process controls up to 158°F (70°C).
- The ambient pump and platen configuration allows for heating up to 4 heated hoses and 4 end-of-hose devices.
- The primary unit, when equipped with ADM, can be set up as a tandem system.
- An optional zone expansion kit can be added to one TOFw pump to accommodate 4 additional heated hoses and 4 end-of-hose devices, or 8 heated accessories.
- A second heat zone expansion kit, when used with a tandem system, supports up to 16 heated hoses and 16 heated end-of-hose devices, totaling 32 heated zones.
- Offers comprehensive integration capabilities via Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, PROFIBUS, and DeviceNet, or straightforward integration through discrete I/O.
