Teledyne Sprague, S-216-JD Double Acting Air Driven Pump

Model Number: S-216-JDN-60 (S216-JDN-60)

Part No.: 91616-23

The Sprague S-216-JDN-60 is a double acting JD air driven hydraulic pump designed to move relatively large liquid flows at low to moderate pressures. The double acting design delivers liquid on both the upstroke and downstroke of the liquid piston, making it a strong choice for cleanroom, laboratory, and non-contaminating liquid service. This JDN variant is a Non-Lubricated Pump for clean, dry air applications and reduces the chance of oil-lubricant contamination in the exhaust air.

Features

  • S-216-JD series double acting air driven hydraulic pump.
  • Double acting design delivers liquid with each upstroke and downstroke.
  • Air driven operation allows liquid outlet pressure to be controlled by regulating the air supply.
  • Non-arcing and non-sparking design for suitable hazardous or confined-area applications when properly installed and operated.
  • Non-contaminating pump for cleanroom or laboratory use. Uses clean, dry driving air.
  • non-contaminating configuration with self-lubricating dynamic seals.
  • Non-Lubricated Pump / clean, dry driving air.
  • Fluorocarbon / Viton seal configuration.
  • Non-contaminating configuration is suited for cleanroom or laboratory use.
  • Self-lubricating dynamic seals support clean, dry driving air operation.
