Teledyne Sprague, S-216-JD Double Acting Air Driven Pump

Model Number: S-216-JDN-6.8 (S216-JDN-6.8)

Part No.: 90615-24

The Sprague S-216-JDN-6.8 is a double acting JD air driven hydraulic pump designed to move relatively large liquid flows at low to moderate pressures. The double acting design delivers liquid on both the upstroke and downstroke of the liquid piston, making it a strong choice for low pressure, high-volume liquid transfer and hydrostatic testing. This JDN variant is a Non-Lubricated Pump for clean, dry air applications and reduces the chance of oil-lubricant contamination in the exhaust air.

Features

  • S-216-JD series double acting air driven hydraulic pump.
  • Double acting design delivers liquid with each upstroke and downstroke.
  • Air driven operation allows liquid outlet pressure to be controlled by regulating the air supply.
  • Non-arcing and non-sparking design for suitable hazardous or confined-area applications when properly installed and operated.
  • Services oil, liquid refrigerants, and non-corrosive liquids. Not for water service.
  • anodized aluminum alloy / hard-coated aluminum alloy liquid body and main components.
  • Non-Lubricated Pump / clean, dry driving air.
  • EPR seal configuration.
  • High-volume 6.8:1 pump ratio is well suited for transfer and low-pressure hydrostatic testing.
