Teledyne Sprague, S-216-JD Double Acting Air Driven Pump

Model Number: S-216-JD-36 (S216-JD-36)

Part No.: 81557-23

The Sprague S-216-JD-36 is a double acting JD air driven hydraulic pump designed to move relatively large liquid flows at low to moderate pressures. The double acting design delivers liquid on both the upstroke and downstroke of the liquid piston, making it a strong choice for oil and non-corrosive liquid applications where a lighter aluminum body is preferred.

Features

  • S-216-JD series double acting air driven hydraulic pump.
  • Double acting design delivers liquid with each upstroke and downstroke.
  • Air driven operation allows liquid outlet pressure to be controlled by regulating the air supply.
  • Non-arcing and non-sparking design for suitable hazardous or confined-area applications when properly installed and operated.
  • Services oil and non-corrosive liquids. Not for water service.
  • aluminum body based on the S-216-JD-34 design, reducing weight and cost.
  • Lubricated driving air.
  • Fluorocarbon / Viton seal configuration.
  • Aluminum body version of the JD-34 style design helps lower weight and cost.
