The automatic air spray gun provides high-level performance for various industrial finishing applications, including automotive, industrial metal and plastic components, wood products, and architectural structures.
- Conventional air spray is the most common method, achieving Class A, automotive finish quality.
- The adhesive air cap is engineered for spraying both waterborne and solvent-borne adhesives and sealants.
- A patented spray pattern alignment and pathing tool ensures an accurate and repeatable spray angle. This tool attaches and detaches easily from the gun to maintain production flow.
- The one-piece fluid cartridge allows for rapid removal and replacement, significantly reducing maintenance-related downtime.
- Its compact and lightweight design minimizes strain on robot arms, reciprocators, or flat line machines.
