The Cougar AAA HVLP (Model 611) is a professional-grade air-assist airless spray gun engineered for high-production wood and metal finishing applications. This unit features durable stainless steel fluid passages, an ergonomic handle for operator comfort, an integrated fluid filter, and a lightweight trigger pull mechanism.
By combining precise airless fluid tip geometry with a low-volume aircap, the system achieves superfine, soft atomization at the point of application. This allows for high-quality finishes at production-level speeds. The complete CAT 14:1 pump and spray gun system is compatible with a 1.5 hp compressor.
