The Evenflo Automatic Pressure Control eliminates initial surging when the gun is triggered, allowing for a consistently even spray coating.
This control introduces air to the pump upon triggering the gun and stops air flow, exhausting it from the pump when the trigger is released. When the pump's relax-a-valve is set to automatic (refer to the separate pump instruction manual), the exhausting air activates the relax-a-valve. This allows material to flow through the drain back tube until pressure in the hose and pump is reduced.
