Work virtually dust free
The steel blasting machine has to be connected to a Blastrac industrial dust collector to create a closed circut. This means that you are able to work virtually dust free, creating a better working environment.
Increased productivity with remote control
All the movements of both the rigging system and the vertical blast cleaning machine are controlled from a mobile control station located on the ground floor.
Reach far with endless winch system
The steel blaster is equipped as standard with a certified endless winch system and winch cables. It is possible to blast going both up and down, increasing the productivity of the machine.
Adaptable rigging systems for smooth operation
Blastrac rigging systems have been developed to drive by themselves and to adapt to cone roof tank, dome roof tank, floating roof tank (internal parts) and floating roof tank (external parts).
Resource smart solution
Reusing the abrasives makes this a resource-smart solution. Also no water is used and wasted and no chemicals are used during the blasting process.
