The Graco SaniForce 2150 is a 2-inch air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump designed for hygienic fluid transfer. It delivers flow rates up to 180 gpm and features a quick knock-down design for simplified cleaning and a low cost of ownership.
This pump is suitable for the food processing and personal care industries. Common applications include high-volume evacuation of liquid concentrates from storage containers and repackaging fluids from original containers into smaller ones. It can effectively pump materials such as flavorings, purees, sauces, and other low to medium viscosity substances.
- 2-inch sanitary pump with flow rates up to 180 gpm (681 lpm) and pressures up to 120 psi (8 bar).
- Seal-less diaphragm pump design prevents leaks and failures caused by dry running.

- PTFE/EPDM overmolded diaphragm design reduces areas where bacteria can accumulate, while enhancing wear resistance and diaphragm lifespan. The fluid side has no exposed diaphragm plate.
- Includes a leak sensor to alert users of potential process compromises.
- Constructed with a 316L stainless steel wetted section.
- All fluid contact materials comply with FDA regulations and United States Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 21.
