The QUANTM 3A hygienic electric pumps are constructed with 316L stainless steel and feature a 32 Ra surface finish, comparable to high-sanitary pump standards. These pumps include a leak sensor and are certified for 3A applications. They are well-suited for dairy products such as yogurts, ice cream bases, cottage cheese, and ricotta cheese, as well as other ingredients like fruit variegates and chocolate syrups. The electric motor delivers up to 8 times more continuous torque at low speeds than conventional motors. Installation is quick and easy with plug-and-play functionality, allowing for direct replacement of existing pumps without requiring additional investment or infrastructure modifications.
