The new QUANTM 3A hygienic electric pumps feature a build construction comparable to high sanitary pumps, constructed from 316L stainless steel with a 32 Ra surface finish. These electric pumps include a leak sensor and are certified for 3A applications. They are ideal for dairy applications such as yogurts, ice cream bases, cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, and other dairy ingredients, as well as for handling complementary ingredients like fruit variegates and chocolate syrups. The powerful electric motor provides up to 8 times more continuous torque at low speeds than conventional motors. The fast, plug-and-play installation allows for easy replacement of existing pumps without additional investment or infrastructure changes.
