The QUANTM 3A hygienic electric pumps are constructed with 316L stainless steel and feature a 32 Ra surface finish, comparable to high sanitary pumps. These electric pumps include a leak sensor and are certified for 3A applications. They are ideal for dairy products such as yogurts, ice cream bases, cottage cheese, and ricotta cheese, as well as other ingredients like fruit variegates and chocolate syrups. The electric motor provides up to 8 times more continuous torque at low speeds than conventional motors.
