The QUANTM electric-operated double diaphragm (EODD) pumps are designed for pharmaceutical-grade manufacturing facilities focused on sustainability. These pumps offer a 20 Ra surface finish and 316L construction, with a full electropolished finish. They can be configured with USP Class VI approval for pharmaceutical applications, including biopharmaceuticals, medical lotions and creams, organic reagents, blood products, and alcohol and solvent transfer. The electric motor delivers up to 8x more continuous torque at low speeds than conventional motors. The fast, plug-and-play installation allows for easy replacement of existing pumps without additional investment or infrastructure changes.
