The QUANTM 3A hygienic electric pumps feature all stainless steel 316L construction with a 32 Ra surface finish, comparable to high sanitary pumps. These pumps include a leak sensor and are certified for 3A applications. They are ideal for dairy applications such as yogurts, ice cream bases, cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, and other dairy ingredients. They can also handle ingredients like fruit variegates and chocolate syrups used in ice cream production. The electric motor delivers up to 8x more continuous torque at low speeds than conventional motors, and the plug-and-play installation allows for easy replacement of existing pumps without additional investment or infrastructure changes.
