QUANTM is an electric pump designed to reduce operational costs and ensure production line reliability. Its advanced electric motor and multiple fluid path options make it suitable for most fluid applications, serving as a dependable replacement for less efficient pneumatic pumps or for new installations. The pump features a self-priming, seal-less design for consistent flow. It is the only electric diaphragm pump capable of stalling under pressure, preventing downtime caused by clogged lines or closed valves. QUANTM is engineered for quieter, more efficient, and highly dependable operation, offering energy savings that contribute to sustainability goals.

With a 20 Ra surface finish and 316L construction, the QUANTM electric-operated double diaphragm (EODD) pumps are designed for pharmaceutical-grade manufacturing. These pumps feature a full electropolished finish and can be configured with USP Class VI approval for pharmaceutical applications, including biopharmaceuticals, medical lotions and creams, organic reagents, blood products, and alcohol and solvent transfer. The electric motor provides up to 8x more continuous torque at low speeds than conventional motors. Its fast, plug-and-play installation allows for easy replacement of existing pumps without additional investment or infrastructure changes.
