With a 20 Ra surface finish and 316L construction, the QUANTM electric-operated double diaphragm (EODD) pumps are specifically designed for pharmaceutical-grade manufacturing facilities aiming to meet sustainability objectives. These pharma-grade pumps feature a full electropolished finish and can be configured with USP Class VI approval to meet certification requirements for pharmaceutical applications, including biopharmaceuticals, medical lotions and creams, organic reagents, blood products, and alcohol and solvent transfer. The advanced electric motor delivers up to 8 times more continuous torque at low speeds than conventional motors. Its fast, plug-and-play installation allows for easy replacement of existing pumps without requiring additional investment or infrastructure modifications.
