The new QUANTM 3A hygienic electric pumps match the build construction of high sanitary pumps, featuring all stainless steel 316L construction with a 32 Ra surface finish. These electric pumps include a leak sensor and are certified for 3A applications. They are ideal for dairy applications such as yogurts, ice cream bases, cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, and other dairy ingredients, as well as complementary ingredients like fruit variegates and chocolate syrups. The powerful electric motor provides up to 8x more continuous torque at low speeds than conventional motors.
