The QUANTM 3A hygienic electric pumps are constructed with all stainless steel 316L and feature a 32 Ra surface finish, comparable to high sanitary pumps. These pumps include a leak sensor and are certified for 3A applications. They are ideal for dairy products such as yogurts, ice cream bases, cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, and other dairy ingredients, as well as fruit variegates and chocolate syrups. The electric motor delivers up to 8x more continuous torque at low speeds than conventional motors. The plug-and-play installation allows for easy replacement of existing pumps without additional investment or infrastructure changes.
