The QUANTM 3A hygienic electric pumps feature a build construction comparable to high sanitary pumps, with all stainless steel 316L construction and a 32 Ra surface finish. These electric pumps include a leak sensor and are certified for 3A applications. They are ideal for dairy applications such as yogurts, ice cream bases, cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, and other dairy ingredients, as well as for handling fruit variegates, chocolate syrups, and other flavorings.
